Space Stripper Battles Evil Bots!

Babeorella: not the name of Megan Fox’s new movie, but a killer new app

Just ask Dolph Lundgren or He-Man—blondes definitely have more fun. And that’s certainly the case with Babeorella, a new arena-style arcade survival joint available now on iTunes.

Bearing more than just a passing resemblance to Stan Lee and Pamela Anderson’s Stripperella character, Babeorella is a buxom and woefully unintelligent space traveler who crash lands on an asteroid. Though her two-piece bikini and platform boots are somehow able to protect her from getting Total Recalled by the oxygen-free vacuum of space, Babeorella has other health risks to consider. Light attacks consist of a punch, whip and pistol depending on your distance from an enemy. Heavy attacks include a kick, hammer or canon depending on distance. There’s also a variety of mini games dispersed throughout the map for scoring upgrades, XP and alternate outfits.

The game is non-stop punishment for thumbs, but its one shortfall is that Babeorella ships with only one map—something that makes the $2.99 price tag a little hard to swallow. So, here’s to hoping a cheap (if not free) expansion pack is imminent. And some new outfits too...
