Ever wonder about the pygmies in Pocket God? Us either. We were too busy exercising our divine displeasure by dropping sharks on their heads. Even so, their digital comic goes live today. While we'll get to know our wee worshipers, it won't be a gentle journey. Creator Dave Castelnuovo promises "plenty of impaling, electrocution...and facial acid corrosion."

Heavens. What did these puny pygmies ever do to earn the ire of the game's Creators? Nothing, says Dave. "If you think about it, these little guys are the luckiest people in the universe because they are immortal. And they keep coming back for more."

Getting killed over and over is fun? Doubtful, Dave. We've seen Groundhog Day too many times to believe that.
