Congratulations! This means you’re right on track to forget about getting your dad a card until
the absolute last minute. As always.
If you feel like your old man deserves something slightly
better than a card grabbed at the gas station on the way to Father’s Day
brunch, head over to a Hallmark store and pick up their new dad’s day Star Wars video card. Because nothing says happy Father’s Day
like Star Wars, a series of films
that showed such loving fathers as, um… well there was… there had to have been…
oh right, the Ewoks! There were probably some OK dads among the Ewoks.
Still, there were plenty of father figures in the movies, and the Hallmark card has a cool
embedded video screen that plays a humorous montage of Star Wars characters in father-like moments.
And let’s not forget, in the end, Darth Vader proved to be a
pretty great dad. You know, when he wasn’t busy cutting off his son’s hand.
